Join us virtually or in-person,
and you’ll find the practice of authenticity
running through every program.
Over the last 20 years, we have grown organically into leadership development. Our courses are not just about making a presentation to your Board, having a challenging conversation, or building a communication strategy--they are about the intentional practice of authenticity.
Who We Are
Interact Studio was founded on the idea that something was missing from the traditional communication courses that focused on tips, techniques, and shortcuts for winning advantage.
That “something” was the intentional practice of authenticity. The courage to cultivate vulnerability. The willingness to go beyond tips and techniques and do the hard work of discovering what is genuine within.
Choose from an original collection of courses that include Leadership Conversations, Leaning Into Your Strength, Executive Presentations and Storytelling, Diversity, Equity & Belonging, and more.
We love to partner with business leaders who understand that this kind of development puts a match to performance. They are better with Interact Studio on their team, and they make us better.
Here is a partial list of our clients.
We are devoted to our non-profit partners, creatives, and entrepreneurs. In our annual signature series, “Authentic People” we celebrate the heroes from all walks who have had the courage to cultivate vulnerability and step up when the moment was theirs.
Our Community Voice Award celebrates the spirit of a rare leader who speaks out for an inclusive, bold, and thriving community.
In our Speak-Up course for non-profit leaders, we help them find their voice to attract the support they need for their cause.
We don’t fit into a neat or traditional model of leadership development. We are not interested in the status quo or off-the-shelf programs. We think that’s a good thing.
We want to support you in the intentional practice of authenticity--and becoming the brave, one-of-a-kind communicator you were meant to be for your business, community, and life.
